Mazzuca Chrysler has been a client of Oasis since the very beginning……. Using the system for nearly twenty years, you can imagine the changes we’ve seen both in our industry and in the technology advances along the way. With all the changes, three things are important:
1. A system that meets the current demands of our business with ease of use
2. A system that is cost effective for our a dealer group size
3. A provider that has the support system and people that are always available to assist us when there are changes or when dealing with hardware issues.

Oasis has always done this. Their staff are a group of people who really care and continually ask 'what can we do better?’
We recently implemented Advantage Contact Management in our group and it is simply awesome with new features being added everyday. In addition to their Showroom modules, we run the Accounting, Service and Parts modules. Running these systems hand in hand has saved us countless hours of inputting data. The reports I need are there and if you need an additional one, they will generate one. Our dealer group has three locations scattered throughout northern Ontario and we run all locations on one server with Oasis Auto Complete, all through a network system they created for us. They have saved us time and money with this system and made controlling three dealership locations possible.
With all my years in the automotive business, I know of no other system that fills the needs of our dealerships as well as this system. And, as I stated, it is a system that is cost effective and still provides the best support available!

We have seen some pretty drastic changes in our industry as of late; strict new OMVIC laws, manufactures restructuring, and financial institutions changing dramatically, just to name a few. Oasis Auto Complete has been aggressive in responding to these changes and has had our system ready BEFORE the changes have come into effect! These have not always been fun times recently, but one constant is our system provider……….. Meeting the demands and now set to launch Advantage 3 with a new OASIS program, we have some fun stuff to look forward to in our business!!!
